Chris Carr is a Director within CBRE Nashville’s Debt & Structured Finance (DSF) division. Chris began his career with CBRE in 2010 and has participated in over $15 billion in commercial loans and equity placements. Chris is involved in the sourcing, underwriting, and closing of debt and equity transactions for CBRE’s multifamily and commercial clients. Through an extensive network of over 300 capital sources, including Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, Life Companies, Banks, & various Balance Sheet / Private Equity Lenders, he works extensively on permanent financing, construction financing, and bridge financing as well as joint venture and preferred equity assignments.
