As Senior Managing Director of CBRE Loan Services, Chris Gaas oversees portfolio management for CBRE’s institutional clients. With more than 30 years of comprehensive experience, Chris and his team specialize in developing loan administration solutions for a wide variety of commercial clients. Throughout his career he has overseen all aspects of commercial mortgage servicing including portfolio management, operations, information technology, business analytics and business development. Prior to working for CBRE, he held multiple positions with GE Capital. Chris is a graduate of the Mortgage Bankers Association Future Leaders Program.
