Christopher Giovanisci

Chris Giovanisci joined CBRE as an Associate in 2020. He started his career in Los Angeles, where he developed his expertise in a wide range of product categories and eventually took over the leasing and management of a portfolio of properties in Downtown Los Angeles' Fashion District.

Since joining CBRE, Christopher has contributed to the company's Agency and Tenant representation sectors. He represents nearly 2 million square feet of existing space and potential future development opportunities on the agency side of the company. Christopher has completed transactions on more than 500,000 square feet of both new and existing spaces during the past year. He has represented national and regional landlords and investors such as Kimco Realty Trust, Urban Edge, Vision Group Ventures, Echo Realty and MOTUS development in various roles across their portfolios. Through his relationships and market expertise, Christopher provides value to a wide scope of national and regional retail occupiers such as Panera Bread, Sport Clips, GNC, Altitude Trampoline Park, and Milan Laser Hair Removal.
