Christopher Hogan

Chris Hogan is a Senior Vice President (Honorary Title) in CBRE’s Consulting Group in the Midtown Manhattan Office. Chris is responsible for developing, analyzing and executing real estate strategies for major corporations and creating cash flow and other financial models to analyze the acquisition and disposition of leased assets on both a cash and P&L basis. Chris’s analytical nature and engineering background give him a strong ability to swiftly grasp the innermost structure of a transaction and pick it apart until all problems are revealed and solved.

Prior to joining CBRE in 2013, Chris completed an accelerated program, earning both his BS in Mechanical Engineering and his MBA in five years, allowing him to bring an engineer’s creative application of scientific and mathematical methods of analysis to real estate. This unique perspective gives Chris an innovative eye when supporting a wide variety of clients execute their real estate strategy.
