Christopher Mansfield acts as a real estate consultant in complex lease negotiations and supplying his clients with appropriate economic and market knowledge to assist them in making intelligent and informed real estate decisions. As a senior member of CBRE’s Consulting Group, Chris provides clients with comprehensive strategy considerations and sophisticated financial analysis to assess various occupancy alternatives.

Chris has negotiated and structured numerous creative acquisition and disposition transactions on behalf of a wide variety of clients across a breadth of industries, from for-profit TAMI and financial services clients, to traditional professional service and non-profit organizations.

Prior to joining CBRE, Chris worked for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, performing analyses for the disposition of the World Trade Center, and for JP Morgan Chase on the fixed income sales and trading desk.
