Chris Pendroy, CCIM, SIOR brings over 28 years of commercial real estate experience to CBRE, Inc. Chris began his career in the Des Moines commercial real estate market before moving to Minneapolis to work at a national brokerage as a commercial real estate professional specializing in industrial properties. Since returning home to Central Iowa in 2006, Chris has been involved in the sales and leasing of many of the Des Moines’ high-profile developments and commercial transactions. Chris is a market leader in Industrial Properties and Land expertise, while also offering diverse experience including retail, office, and income producing investment properties.

Chris partners with developers and landlords on project leasing, as well as, tenant, buyer and seller representation, having transacted over 12 million square feet of industrial space under roof. Recent projects to highlight include leasing a 199,000 square foot office/laboratory, leasing 127,000 square feet at the Northridge 80/35 Distribution Center, representing Amazon on a 110,000 square foot lease renewal and leasing a 300,000 square foot distribution center in Airport Business Park. Chris successfully represented Hubbell Realty Company to lease three (3) speculative distribution centers in the metro to Amazon last mile delivery totaling over 500,000 square feet.

Upon joining CBRE in 2017, Chris combined forces with Bill Wright, forming what they now proudly call the Iowa Partners team.
