Chris Potaczek is a Senior Real Estate Manager in CBRE Chicago’s Asset Management Group. Mr. Potaczek manages exclusive retail properties on State Street and Michigan Avenue, including all aspects of each building’s operation. This includes, but is not limited to, budgeting, reporting, administrative issues, engineering, construction as well as tenant and vendor relations.
Mr. Potaczek has assisted owners in negotiating major renewals with tenants as well as helped leasing agents throughout all facets of the leasing process, including lease negotiation language and obtaining appropriate tenant/landlord combinations.
Prior to his current assignment, Mr. Potaczek’s experience includes managing suburban-style strip centers, offices and industrial properties for several institutional and private market clients.
