Christy Smith

Christy Crouch Smith is a Senior Associate on the Retail Services Team of CBRE | Triad. Christy provides strategic planning, tenant and landlord representation, as well as acquisition and disposition services for her clients. A Triad native, Christy brings a breadth of experience, as well as local market knowledge to CBRE | Triad having successfully transacted over $73.3M throughout the course of her career.

Christy focuses on retail and restaurant advisory, landlord and tenant representation, and large format site selection for retail occupiers and developers Christy also oversees the leasing of various product types including big box anchored shopping centers, neighborhood strip centers and new mixed-use developments.

Prior to becoming a Senior Associate, she was the Client Services Specialist for the Triad office, where she oversaw the office's marketing and communications initiatives, coordinated all media and community relations, managed the website and oversaw a group of employees who implement overall office and property specific marketing tactics.

In addition to real estate, Christy has extensive marketing and advertising experience. She spent over eight years in the Advertising industry in Atlanta and New York City, working with many Fortune 500 clients.
