Chuck brings nearly two decades of multi-tenant office leasing expertise to CBRE, where he's a key partner on the team with Tyler Jemmett, Anna Barnes, and Mia Soto. He specializes in leasing Class A office buildings for landlords and investors in downtown San Diego and other prime neighborhoods. Over the past three years, Chuck has significantly boosted occupancy in San Diego's most sought-after office locations. His deep experience working with the region's leading office owners and investors, combined with his dedication to leasing best practices, has allowed him to cultivate crucial long-term relationships.
Before joining CBRE, Chuck served as an in-house Leasing Director for Irvine Company Office Properties, where he oversaw leasing and marketing strategies for their +32 million square feet of office properties in Orange County. Since 2007, he has executed approximately 6 million square feet in leases, working with high-profile tenants in interactive entertainment, higher education, nonprofit, technology, energy, and financial services industries.
Chuck is also actively involved in the San Diego community, serving on the boards of the American Cancer Society, NAIOP, and the Downtown San Diego Partnership.
