Associated Office
Cindy Fenn joined CBRE in August 2003 and is an Investment Sales Manager with Minneapolis Institutional Properties, specializing in office and industrial investment transactions. With over 25 years of real estate experience, Cindy's background in real estate covers a broad range of transactions, including investment, and commercial, residential and large land auction sales.
Cindy is partnered locally with Ryan Watts, Harrison Wagenseil, Thomas Williams, and Tom Holtz. The team provides advisory and brokerage services required for complex real estate transactions and investment sales.
Prior to joining CBRE, Cindy served as Project Manager for Sheldon Good & Company, an international real estate auction firm headquartered in Chicago, managing real estate auctions of all asset types throughout the United States. Prior to her time at Sheldon Good, Cindy spent four years with John Roebuck & Associates serving as President, and again, managing real estate auctions of all property types. Her professional experience also includes 10 years as Executive Director of an international non-profit organization.
