Cindy Hatcher has over 25 years of property management experience working on industrial, retail and commercial office assets. She joined CBRE in August 2002 as a Real Estate Manager and was promoted to Senior Real Estate Manager.
Cindy’s current responsibilities include the efficient operation, physical condition, administration and financial performance of a portfolio consisting of 520,000 square feet of office and medical office buildings. More specific responsibilities include supervising maintenance and support staff, providing timely and accurate financial reports and other information to building owners, preparing annual budgets and working within the guidelines of the approved budget, preparation of annual CAM Reconciliations, establishing and maintaining a strong tenant relations program and assisting in the oversight of all construction and maintenance activities within her portfolio.
Upon Cindy’s employment with CBRE, her portfolio consisted of approximately 534,000 square feet of retail, industrial and office buildings.
Prior to joining CBRE, Cindy worked with Rotella Toroyan Clinton Group, LLP as a Property Manager and was responsible for a mixed portfolio totaling 600,000 square feet of retail, industrial and office space, plus 204 acres of commercial association property. In this role she was responsible for the day-to-day operations, all property contracts, annual expense and operational budgets, monthly operating reports to owners, reconciliation of annual CAM charges, and bidding and oversight of construction management for tenant refurbishments and new construction.
