Cindy Little is the Client Services Team Leader with CBRE’s Capital Markets Multifamily Team and is responsible for facilitating and ensuring the efficiency of the disposition process. Cindy focuses on executing all stages of the transaction including marketing and due diligence.

Cindy has more than 25 years of real estate and management experience. Prior to re-joining CBRE, Cindy was most recently at HFF, where she was the Director of Operations for their multifamily team for over 14 years. She has been actively involved in the marketing, due diligence and closing of over 300 multifamily assets valued at $9 billion. Those assets included both single transactions and large portfolios for institutional and private investors. Cindy graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
