Clark Matthews is a Senior Associate in CBRE’s Des Moines office, focusing on the acquisition, disposition, and repositioning of multi-family assets in Iowa. He joined CBRE in 2024 and partnered with Cy Fox , Ray Hamilton, and Rick Krause. Clark has more than 10 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has been involved in over 250 sale-leaseback, development, acquisition and disposition transactions totaling more than $500 million in aggregate value.
Most recently, he served as Director of the Strategy Execution Office for the Iowa-based international development and holding company Krause Group, where he was responsible for underwriting mergers and acquisitions opportunities, managed a $600 million real estate portfolio with more than 500 properties and provided strategic real estate development plans across all lines of global business.
As the commercial real estate space landscape continues to evolve at a rapid pace, Clark’s expertise in the multifamily sector will further enhance CBRE’s ability to address its clients’ changing needs and maximize outcomes.
