Clay Solomon is a Vice President within CBRE’s occupier services group, and located in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. He focuses on tenant representation and specializes in multi-market portfolio strategy, new lease acquisition, office relocations, lease restructuring, and space dispositions. His core clients are primarily in the legal and non-profit/association sectors, but he has also worked with a variety of corporate clients, start-up technology firms, defense/government contractors, and professional services firms.
Prior to joining CBRE in early 2015, Clay lived in Toronto, Canada and was an early employee at one of the city’s fastest-growing tech companies. This experience differentiates Clay from his competitors and gives him a unique perspective into the relationship between office space design and workplace culture.
