Clayton P. Conn, MAI is a Vice President for CBRE Valuation & Advisory Services and a member of the Senior Housing & Care specialty practice. Based in Chicago, Illinois, Clay has over 20 years of appraisal experience providing a broad range of valuation and consulting services. His primary focus is third-party valuations of single assets and institutional portfolios, operational and market due diligence, and consulting assignments. Geographically, Clay’s primary focus is the Midwest but has market experience throughout the United States.
