Clemence Lee currently serves as the Executive Director of the Capital Markets team in Asia Pacific.
A subject matter expert on conservation shophouses, Clemence has extensive market knowledge and proven track record in investment sales, and has established strong relationships with numerous property funds, developers, family offices, high net worth individuals and companies in Singapore.
He has been instrumental in several high profile shophouse sales. These include The Porcelain Hotel (row of 12 shophouses), Portfolio of CBD shophouses (14 shophouses), Hotel Clover Jalan Sultan (row of 17 shophouses), Eu Yan Sang Building (row of 4 shophouses), The Shophouse Collection (Portfolio of 10 CBD shophouses) and The 7-Eleven Portfolio (Portfolio of 14 shophouses). Most recently, Clemence was involved in the sale of Westgate Tower – a grade A office building in Jurong.
Clemence also has strong experience in strata commercial project marketing, having assisted developers to market various projects such as TripleOne Somerset, AXA Tower and Sunshine Plaza.
