Clif Kitchens

Clif Kitchens is a valuation associate within the Southeast Region of CBRE’s Valuation& Advisory Services Division. Mr. Kitchens joined CBRE in 2021and is apprenticing under Chase A. Jones, MAI, ASA. Mr. Jones is the First Vice President within Charleston’s Valuation & Advisory Services. Mr. Jones has been active in commercial real estate valuation for over 15years.

Mr. Kitchens has experience providing appraisal support throughout the State of South Carolina. He has worked on appraisals of various property types including but not limited to industrial, office, retail, marinas, golf courses, residential subdivisions, and land. Mr. Kitchens is registered with the State of South Carolina Appraisal Board as an apprentice appraiser.

Previously, Mr. Kitchens worked in the title insurance industry where he performed and reviewed title searches.
