Cliff Joyner is Senior Vice President within CBRE’s Capital Markets group and is a specialist within the Debt & Structured Finance division. Joyner's consultative market perspective combined with innovative real estate strategies allows him to assess the unique needs of each client and provide a tailored financing solution to the borrower’s specific strategy.
Prior to joining CBRE in July of 2014, Joyner worked for Vanderbilt as their Assistant Vice Chancellor for Real Estate Operations for 15 years. Joyner was responsible for acquisitions and managed a large portfolio of office, retail, medical and multifamily properties, including the 36-hole Vanderbilt Legends Club. In addition, he amassed and managed 2 million square feet of leased Vanderbilt assets that were under his management.
Cliff was former Chairman for the local Delta Waterfowl committee and has past served on the Property Committee of the Girl Scouts Council of the Cumberland Valley and Chairman of the Membership Activation Committee for the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce.
