Clint currently works on the Project Management Platform
team supporting account teams in areas of operational assessments, new account
transitions and developing best in class account structures that provides
client-focused processes and deliverables aimed at providing quantitative value
while maintaining overall consistency.
Prior to his current role, he led an account team which consisted of over 45 professionals delivering retail, admin, ATM, and infrastructure projects on behalf of BB&T Bank headquartered in Winston Salem, NC and was responsible for complete management of all team activities including due diligence, facility assessment, budget strategy, design and permitting, construction, move management and project close-out. His teams successfully executed over 800 annual projects across a 15MM SF portfolio. Other highlights include delivering 30 banks in Texas in 8 months, conversion of over 60 branches due to an acquisition, up fit of a new campus covering 350,000 SF, and the retrofit and installation of over 600 new ATM machines.
Mr. Stancil has over 15 years’ experience in various types of projects such as ground up industrial, retail, and mixed use developments, corporate restacks, data center, retail, and office up fits.
