Colby Flathers is a Senior Analyst on CBRE's Capital Markets Debt & Structured Finance team in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Flathers' primary role is to support the DFW Institutional team in originating, underwriting, marketing, and closing commercial loans.
Before joining CBRE, Mr. Flathers built a foundation in commercial real estate investing through roles at Madera Residential, Kalterra Capital Partners, UTEX Storage Partners and Prosperity Bank. He gained hands-on experience in acquisitions underwriting, asset management, financial modeling and credit analysis across multifamily, self-storage and other commercial asset classes.
Mr. Flathers supports institutional-quality borrowers and has experience across all major property types and a range of debt capital sources.
