Cole Bennee is an associate broker with CBRE who specializes in office building properties and Global Workplace Solutions. During the past 2 years, he has interned with both the multi-family team at CBRE as well as the research team, which has given him a beneficial skillset as an emerging associate broker. Cole has assisted in transactions representing owners and occupiers leasing, buying and selling office properties.
Cole has worked with a variety of client types, among which are local and national agencies as well as landlords along the Wasatch Front. Having lived multiple years among different countries of South America, Cole has the ability to connect with a wide range of people as he is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. Mr. Bennee has been a valued partner for his clients in transactions located along the Wasatch front and is excited to make an impact in this industry.
