Cole Hooper

Cole Hooper is a Senior Vice President based in CBRE's Dallas office, working alongside Ward Richmond, James Ewing, Amanda Richards and Keller Strauss to advise leading occupiers on complex industrial and supply chain real estate decisions across North America.

Cole and his team specialize in the acquisition and disposition of supply chain real estate, including distribution centers, last-mile facilities, truck terminals, truck maintenance facilities, manufacturing facilities, and industrial land. His primary focus is account management, project execution and strategic advisory.

He works closely with his clients to develop and implement corporate real estate strategies, solve complex real estate challenges, and execute transactions efficiently across multiple markets. The team's capabilities include market and site analysis, financial modeling, portfolio and facilities planning, site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, and other transaction advisory services.

He attributes much of his drive to his days on the gridiron as a member of Brown University's Football Team, where he was selected 1st Team All-Ivy League (2012, 2013) as an offensive lineman. He has since been named to Brown Football's All-Decade Team (2010-2019).
