Cole Purdie serves as Head of Sales Management within CBRE’s Global Valuation & Advisory Services platform. Based in New York City, he leads Client Solutions and Sales Management for major U.S. and international clients. His primary focus is driving business growth by securing new engagements, expanding existing accounts, and ensuring CBRE’s professionals deliver exceptional value in every client interaction.

Cole brings deep expertise in marketing, technology and financial analysis, organizational strategy, and project management. Throughout his career, he has helped numerous companies identify and implement innovative solutions across CBRE’s service lines, including Valuation, Advisory, Consulting, Occupancy Solutions, and Corporate Marketing Strategy.

Since joining CBRE in 2012, Cole has held a variety of leadership roles across global markets. He began in the technology group, contributing to the transformation of the residential appraisal industry in Australia. He later led Client Solutions teams in Singapore, managed corporate technology initiatives across Asia and the Middle East, and oversaw product delivery teams in Australia and New Zealand.

Cole was instrumental in establishing CBRE’s Southeast Asia corporate technology consulting group, which has since been integrated into the firm’s Global Workplace Strategy business. He has extensive experience negotiating, implementing, and executing national and cross-border engagements for Consulting and Valuation clients.
