Cole Scott

Cole joined CBRE on the Brokerage Services Team in 2019. In, 2023 Cole assisted in more than $95 Million in total Leasing and Sales volume. This helped Cole Achieve a Top 5 Award for the Omaha office as well as a Midwest Top 10 Award for CRE Brokers with under 3 Years Experience. Cole Specializes in Landlord/Seller Representation for many of Omaha's most successful Development companies while also focusing efforts of Land Acquisition/Disposition for many companies across the mid-west. Since 2019, Cole has brokered in excess of $300 Million in transactions.

Cole has a long line of CBRE History as his father and grandfather have been brokers at CBRE since Scott Realty joined forces with CBRE|MEGA in 1990. Becoming a broker at CBRE had been a dream of Cole’s since his youth.
