Colin Cannata serves as an Executive Vice President with the Central Texas Multifamily Team in the Austin office of CBRE, focusing on property valuation, marketing efforts, and closing coordination for the disposition of multifamily assets and land development sites. The team primarily covers the Austin and San Antonio, Texas markets. Since joining the CBRE Multifamily team led by Charles Cirar in 2008, Mr. Cannata has participated in nearly 600 transactions with sales exceeding $24 billion. Since 2019, Mr. Cannata has executed nearly 25 land transactions totaling approximately $450 million.
Prior to joining the Multifamily team, Mr. Cannata began his career at CBRE in 2006 and worked as an analyst in the Debt & Structured Finance group. During his tenure, the team completed 64 transactions totaling over $1.2 Billion in volume.
Mr. Cannata graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesperson and is involved in the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and National Multi Housing Council (NMHC).
