Colin is a land, redevelopment & industrial specialist focusing in the City of Chicago, Western Cook County/O’Hare and Northwest Indiana marketplaces. Colin is part of a 5 person team that has been involved in over 650 transactions totaling $3.2B+ in value, during his 14 year career. Colin’s focus is representing tenants, owners, developers, and institutions in the acquisition and disposition of industrial real estate. Colin has an extensive background in value-add investments - converting functionally obsolete buildings into positive cash flowing assets. Additional responsibilities include new business development, managing client relationships and property marketing strategy and implementation. Colin represents the 4th generation of his family to broker real estate in the City of Chicago. His great grandfather opened a family real estate office in Chicago in 1917. Colin attributes his passion for real estate to being surrounded by it his entire life.
