Colin Morrison

Colin Morrison is a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s Central Florida Office Brokerage Services, which services owners and investors throughout the greater Orlando area. Mr. Morrison joined CBRE in February 2022.

Before entering brokerage, Mr. Morrison served in capital markets and appraisal positions for other large commercial real estate firms in the Orlando area. This diverse experience gives him a unique perspective to help guide clients through every step of a deal.

In his 15-year career, Colin completed over $400 million in leasing and sales transactions and has handled the financial modeling for more than $500 million in investment transactions.
