Ms. Knowles’ primary geographical location is Chester, Montgomery, Delaware and Bucks Counties, the City of Philadelphia, the Lehigh Valley and the State of Delaware. For the past two years, Ms. Knowles has been specializing in the valuation of multi-housing real estate.
Ms. Knowles has experience providing consultations, reviews, market studies, rent analyses and feasibility studies. Her experience encompasses a wide variety of property types including office buildings, shopping centers, mixed-use developments, multi-family and industrial complexes.
