Colleen McPherson Roble has over 20 years of experience in sales and leasing in the healthcare industry. More recently, she has focused on meeting the real estate needs of physician groups and investors.
Colleen was identified as a commercial real estate "Deal Maker." She has built a reputation for problem solving and efficiency in making successful transactions, while forging strong relationships with physician tenants/building owners, investors and healthcare colleagues. She has been involved in transactions of over 3,500,000 square feet of office product. She successfully developed and implemented diverse marketing approaches to monetize medical office assets ranging in value from $2M to $41M to owner users, REITs and other investors with an average profitability of 250% return on initial investment.
As a new member of CBRE, Colleen looks forward to partnering with the CBRE National Healthcare Team in the disposition/acquisition of assets over $10 Million. On a local level, she hopes to continue pursuing tenant representation relationships and servicing landlord representation to expand capital markets healthcare and senior housing leadership.
