Collin Brennan is a Senior DSF Analyst with CBRE’s Debt and Structured Finance Team based in Boston, MA. Mr. Brennan and the Boston DSF Team focus on sourcing debt for multifamily assets across with country with a focus on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Agency executions as well as a wide range of other financing sources including banks, life companies and debt funds. As a part of the Boston DSF Team with Executive Vice President John Kelly, Mr. Brennan has assisted in closing over $5 billion in financings since joining the team in 2018, which ranks their team in the top 10% of all CBRE producers nationally.
Mr. Brennan began his career with CBRE as an intern in Boston as a part of the Valuation and Advisory Services group. He joined CBRE DSF immediately following graduation from Providence College.
