Colton Hector is a First Vice President at CBRE based in Los Angeles, specializing in tenant representation for industrial and office tenants across Southern California and global markets. A member of the Corporate Partners group, Colton advises organizations on strategic real estate solutions, having completed more than 5.5 million square feet of lease relocations, renewals, subleases, acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio strategy.
Colton partners with C-suite executives, supply chain leaders, and corporate real estate directors to develop tailored, cost-effective strategies—leveraging CBRE’s platform including labor analytics, project management, and supply chain consulting. Since joining CBRE in 2020, he was named “Rookie of the Year” in the Orange County office and has personally sourced and completed over $300 million in transaction volume.
A former collegiate baseball player at the College of the Holy Cross, Colton holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis from Chapman University. He actively supports Junior Achievement USA and Chapman’s Alumni Real Estate Association. Outside of work, Colton enjoys spending time with family, surfing, golfing, snowboarding, and playing guitar.
