Connor DeSimone joined CBRE’s New York City office in 2023 as an Associate, working with Sinclair Li and Conor Denihan. As part of the Advisory and Transaction Services group at CBRE, Inc., the world's largest full-service commercial real estate firm, Mr. DeSimone specializes in Tenant Representation. He serves as a trusted real estate consultant, offering tailored solutions to a diverse range of global clients. His expertise spans various scenarios, including lease acquisitions, renewals, expansions, and dispositions.
Mr. DeSimone's portfolio includes working with law firms, technology companies, financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies, and startups. A graduate of Johns Hopkins University, Mr. DeSimone was a member of their Division I Men’s Lacrosse Team, earning accolades such as Academic All-Big Ten selection, US Lacrosse All-American, and Scholar Athlete. He also played two years of professional lacrosse in the Premier Lacrosse League for the Utah Archers.
