Connor Patterson is a commercial real estate broker for the Hawaii market with an emphasis on agency leasing and tenant representation. He assists property owners in the execution of custom leasing and marketing strategies within the Hawaii portfolio. Additionally, Connor is also responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with local and national tenants.
Before joining CBRE In Hawaii, Connor interned at the CBRE headquarters in Dallas Texas supporting an industrial tenant representation team. Connor is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a licensed real estate Salesperson in the State of Hawaii and Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Real Estate from the University of North Texas.
