Conor Brennan joins CBRE as a Senior Vice President and will specialize in multifamily private capital investments across San Diego. Most recently, he spent 12 years at Marcus & Millichap, where he was a trusted partner for his clients in hundreds of transactions.

As an owner and broker of apartment complexes with an education in Real Estate and Finance, Conor has the unique ability to read a market from all angles allowing his team a highly accurate and targeted approach to property valuation, negotiation and marketing ensuring his clients the most favorable outcome in buying and selling investment real estate. Clients of Brennan’s would liken him to an unyielding intensely-detailed investment partner who treats every client as family and every deal as a make-or-break transaction. Brennan has represented individuals, syndicators, trusts, reits, llcs, receiverships, partnerships and corporations. Mentored into the business in 2009 by Pat Broe, Founder and CEO of The Broe Group, a multi-billion dollar real estate acquisition/management firm, Conor has become well versed in all aspects of the industry with a background in multifamily, office, retail, industrial, urban infill development and redevelopment properties.
