An Executive Vice President (Honorary Title) at CBRE, Conor J. Denihan represents a diverse range of clients, from large financial institutions to boutique hedge funds to sports marketing companies to health care organizations. He is adept at strategizing and advising clients on a wide range of scenarios—from renewals and expansions to sublease situations that deliver substantial savings for his clients. Conor also has the
demonstrated skills for helping Landlords lease their buildings to solid credit tenants—and the proven ability to execute.
Conor is also a multimarket specialist, advising financial giant Capital One throughout the U.S. and the world for its substantial real estate portfolio. He has worked extensively in service of his client to leverage the CBRE platform, ensuring best-in-class service for Capital One in each market.
Among his other notable transactions, Conor worked with teams at CBRE in the disposition of 268,000 sq. ft. on behalf of AXA Equitable at 1740 Broadway and 120,000 sq. ft. on behalf of a confidential financial services client at 277 Park Avenue. In addition, Conor completed a deal for his growing client, Brigade Capital Management, a $17-billion hedge fund that needed contiguous space with 399 Park Avenue.
