Conor Krup

Conor Krup is a Senior Associate in CBRE’s Midtown Manhattan office. He works with Sacha Zarba, Vice Chairman and Jeff Fischer, Executive Vice President providing tenant representation and advisory services—primarily in the high-growth technology and media sectors—and is responsible for strategic client development and relationship management. A true collaborator, Conor partners with colleagues around the world to deliver consistent, measurably superior outcomes for clients at every stage.

Prior to joining CBRE, Conor was a Managing Director at Lee & Associates where he served as a commercial real estate advisor specializing in tenant representation and corporate real estate advisory services in New York City. Along with representing a number of the top tech, financial, and creative companies in the relocation, expansion, disposition, and extension of their office leases, Conor also partnered with clients in identifying optimal solutions for their real estate requirements, and collaborated with colleagues in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Phoenix, and New Jersey.
