Widely recognized as a “SOHO Expert,” Conor has successfully overseen more than 35 transactions within the vibrant Soho submarket, totaling over 300,000 rentable square feet (RSF) over the past five years. His deep industry knowledge, coupled with a collaborative approach, ensures that clients receive unparalleled service and superior outcomes at every stage of their real estate journey. Conor's commitment to excellence and his ability to forge strong partnerships with colleagues around the globe make him a true asset to CBRE and its clients.

Prior to joining CBRE, Conor was a Managing Director at Lee & Associates where he served as a commercial real estate advisor specializing in tenant representation and corporate real estate advisory services in New York City. Along with representing a number of the top tech, financial, and creative companies in the relocation, expansion, disposition, and extension of their office leases, Conor also partnered with clients in identifying optimal solutions for their real estate requirements, and collaborated with colleagues in Los Angeles, Atlanta, Phoenix, and New Jersey.
