Cooper Fratt specializes in representing Industrial User’s and Industrial Building Owner’s in the leasing, purchasing and disposition of industrial real estate in the Metro Phoenix Market. Cooper joined CBRE in 2008 after graduating from Gonzaga University with a degree in finance and four years on the varsity tennis team.

In the last five years alone, he has closed more than 10 million square feet of combined lease and sale transactions, totaling nearly $806 million in value. He’s been heavily involved with NAIOP Arizona since his early days in commercial real estate, earning a spot in the organization’s Developing Leaders Program and later serving as chairman of the program in 2018. Most recently, Cooper was elected to serve on NAIOP Arizona’s 2019 Board of Directors.

Partnering with John Werstler, the team carries over 70 years of industrial brokerage experience. Using a methodical approach, they pride themselves on analyzing each client’s real estate situation in great depth which allows them to obtain the best possible real estate outcome.
