Corey Huebner is a Transaction Analyst at CBRE in Atlanta, where he supports corporate real estate clients through financial analysis, market research, transaction execution, and portfolio strategy. He is currently participating in CBRE's Transaction Analyst Accelerator Program (TAAP), an intensive development program focused on commercial real estate transactions, financial modeling, lease analysis, client reporting, and strategic decision-making.
Through TAAP, Corey has developed experience across the full transaction lifecycle, including occupancy cost analysis, renewal versus relocation evaluations, lease abstraction, proposal comparisons, market surveys, and executive-level recommendations. Corey is a graduate of Dartmouth College, where he earned a degree in Environmental Studies with a minor in Human-Centered Design Engineering.
