Cori McLain is the Managing Director of Asset Services for the St. Louis and Kansas City markets. Cori has over 15 years of property management, leasing and development experience. She provides oversight to all management and technical services operations, coordinates all asset transitions and provides guidance to achieve ownership objectives. She directs the Asset Services staff of management and engineering professionals in both the St. Louis and Kansas City offices.
Cori is responsible for the direction of the St. Louis and Kansas City portfolios where she works directly with owners to define and implement a strategic plan for each managed asset. She provides direction for all aspects of real estate management including leasing, tenant relations, tenant improvement and building maintenance operations.
