Cory LaDuke, SIOR

Cory LaDuke, SIOR has worked in commercial real estate for nearly nine years. While he specializes in the office sector, he also has considerable experience working with industrial properties and users as well. Cory has represented tenants and landlords throughout the northeastern United States.

Over his career, Cory has completed over 165 transactions totaling more than $65 million in transaction value. Cory graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. John Fisher University in Rochester New York. In 2024, Cory became a member of the Society of Industrial & Office REALTORS (SIOR) and is active within the organization at the chapter and global level.
