Courtney joined CBRE in 2024 as Vice President, specializing in industrial acquisitions, dispositions, tenant representation and agency leasing. She will be working with Brooks Pedder, Tony Binswanger and Bo Harkins.
Prior to joining CBRE, Courtney was a Director at Cushman & Wakefield. She is known for her expertise in the San Pedro Bay port complex, which includes the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, and published monthly port research for industrial investors. She oversaw 7 million square feet of industrial activity and handled over $1 billion in total consideration for clients.

- Bachelor’s degree in Regional Development and a Minor in Business and Finance from the University of Arizona
