Courtney Lee specializes in sales, leasing, and advisory services of industrial properties and land in the Greater Sacramento Area. She is an integral member of Zac Sweet’s team, which has completed over 1,000 transactions totaling more than 30 million square feet of industrial space.

Prior to moving to Sacramento, she sourced off-market sales of land assemblages in downtown San Francisco and provided advisory services for multifamily and mixed-use assets in Manhattan. She also previously authored Phase I environmental reports, which gives her an exceptional understanding of environmental conditions and risk factors affecting commercial properties.
