Courtney Theo is an Associate with CBRE Occupier Advisory and Transaction Services, specializing in tenant representation in downtown Chicago. She has developed business in almost every sector while leveraging the unrivaled CBRE platform. Her market knowledge, gained as a research analyst, has positioned her uniquely as a sales professional, with touchpoints and sentiments across the market. She has a strong focus on fast-growing firms in sectors like technology, consulting, logistics and legal. Her expertise has been built on the foundation laid by her industry leading senior partners who have experience ranging from 15-35 years in the industry.
Prior to her current role, Courtney joined CBRE’s Research team in 2018 as a Research Analyst/Sales Trainee. During her time in Research, she was responsible for quarterly statistics, maintained a proprietary database, and created various market intelligence tools and deliverables for clients internally and externally. Her relationships within CBRE have been at the cornerstone of her success thus far and has translated into her role as a sales professional.
