Craig Bevan

Craig’s career at CBRE began in early 1986, and has spanned the gamut from Data Bank Coordinator in the Fremont, CA office, to Senior Managing Director of all East Bay offices, based out of the Oakland, CA office.  His focus and expertise has been on sales and leasing in the Alameda County/I-880 Corridor, representing owners and occupiers of industrial and R&D real estate, in addition to managing the Oakland and East Bay offices from 2003 – 2009.

Craig earned Top Five Awards in 1999, 2000, and 2001; additionally, in 2001 he was named Top Producer for the Oakland office.  On May 1, 2003, Craig was announced as the Managing Director in Oakland, overseeing a territory comprising 230 million square feet of industrial and office space.

In January of 2006, Craig was promoted to Senior Managing Director for the East Bay, overseeing all management and brokerage operations for the Oakland, Pleasanton, and Walnut Creek offices through 2009.

In November 2009, Craig followed his passion and returned to full time brokerage, where he continues to assist his clients in industrial and R&D sales and leasing in the I-800 Corridor, receiving Top Five Honors again in 2012.  Since 2012, Craig has completed eight sale transactions totaling over 1.4 million square feet of industrial space, with total consideration of over $115 Million.
