Mr. Carlson exclusively represents sellers and buyers in the sale and purchase of multi-housing investment opportunities. He specializes in the dynamic Inland Empire region with private and institutional clients. He represents a variety of client types including, individuals, developers, partnerships, syndicators, corporations, financial institutions and domestic and international investors.
Mr. Carlson has over 27 years of investment real estate brokerage experience. He has developed a strategic marketing plan that works within the exclusive CBRE system. This plan enables clients to achieve the highest price obtainable in today’s market through broad exposure and a relentless pursuit of finding the right buyers and sellers.
Mr. Carlson started his career in commercial real estate at Marcus & Millichap in 1990. Cray was consistently one of the Top Producers for Marcus & Millichap. Cray was a “top 20” broker firm wide and was a National Achievement Award winner 10 times. When he left Marcus & Millichap he was number 30 on career earnings nationwide. Cray was heavily recruited by CBRE to start up the multifamily Capital Markets group for the Inland Empire. Cray’s experience with Marcus & Millichap, coupled with joining the #1 commercial real estate company in the world, has created an opportunity to strengthen the CBRE market share in multi-residential properties in the Inland Empire.

Tyler is a broker who is known for his extensive market knowledge and his unmatched devotion to his clients. Tyler takes great pride in achieving his client’s goals by developing strategic business plans that suit his client’s specific needs. Tyler graduated from California State Polytechnic University of Pomona with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Law. During his time in college, he led a philanthropic group that raised money for the Huntsman Cancer Institute. In total, he was able to raise $190,000 that was then used in clinical research for various types of cancers.
