Cynthia Carter is a Senior Associate at CBRE specializing in leasing and marketing industrial and office properties for lease and for sale in Poway, and also works on select industrial projects in Carlsbad. Since 2020, Mrs. Carter has been involved in the leasing of nearly 2 million SF and the sale of 200,000 SF, with a total transaction consideration in excess of over $200 million. Prior to her move to San Diego, Mrs. Carter emersed herself in her work for Simon and Schuster, one of the largest book publishers, for nine years. Her prior role as Contact Center Supervisor, primarily resolving and monitoring B2B transactions for some of the industry’s largest clients, ingrained within her the importance of truly understanding each client's distinct business needs.

Mrs. Carter is tuned into the impacts of each transaction, no matter the size, and the importance of a solid strategy and a well-considered response. She is a member of a talented team of top-producing brokers whose specialties range from industrial leasing and sales and land sales to office leasing and sales, from the I-15 Corridor to the North County San Diego coastal markets.
