Cynthia has been in the multifamily industry for over 20 years after graduating from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration. Her experience has encompassed not only 3- and 4-star hotel management, but conventional and affordable property management as well as lease ups, value-add renovations and repositioning assets within the market. Her experience ensures that she views the asset as a whole experience for residents through marketing, leasing presentation, on-site service and resident retention. Cynthia has served as a Regional Vice President for companies such as Related Management Company and Elmington Property Management.
