Cynthia (“Cindy”) New serves as the Sales Support Team Lead for CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction Services in Charleston and Columbia, South Carolina. In this role, she provides strategic support to the Charleston Office Team, Columbia Office Team, and Columbia Land Team.
Cindy’s responsibilities encompass a broad range of functions, including market research, marketing initiatives, transaction management support, and administrative operations. With over 20 years of industry experience, she delivers a competitive advantage to both landlords and tenants in the leasing and sale of commercial properties.
She collaborates closely with brokerage teams to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for properties available for sale or lease. In addition, Cindy supports tenant and buyer representation efforts by preparing comprehensive site surveys, comparative analyses, and tour books. Her work provides clients with a better understanding local market dynamics to make informed decisions.
