Dakota Little

Dakota Little joined CBRE, Inc. as a sales associate in 2021. She is a native of Keosauqua, Iowa and a 2014 graduate of William Penn University where she earned her BA in Business Management. Dakota brings eleven years of Central Iowa commercial banking experience to CBRE. Dakota has assisted local small businesses, manufacturers, and regional companies through countless banking transactions while developing strong relationships with the same clients. She provides the same level of superior service, responsiveness, and expertise to the Commercial Real Estate industry.

Dakota is licensed in the State of Iowa and is a member of the Wright|Pendroy team, partnering on all projects with Bill Wright, Chris Pendroy, and Grant Wright. The team has nearly 65 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate including, but not limited to retail, office, land, industrial, and income producing investment properties.
