Damon S. Feldmeth

Damon specializes in helping corporate clients evaluate their space needs, prioritize alternatives, and execute leases and sale transactions. For his ownership clients, Damon’s overriding goal is to maximize the value of their properties. From preparing budgets to curating property searches to structuring lease and sale transactions, Damon has had deep involvement with every aspect of acquiring, administrating, and disposing of commercial properties.

Damon has represented government tenants, hospitals, industrial users, laboratories, and research and development facilities, as well as the owners of office buildings, warehouses, and commercially zoned land parcels. His clients have included institutions such as the State of California, County of Los Angeles, MetLife, the Ratkovich Company, Grosvenor, and American Realty Advisors, as well as corporate clients like Eli Lilly, Labcorp, and Alibaba.

• Represented the California Institute of Technology in the sale of two 50,000 square foot industrial buildings in Burbank.
• Represented the County of Los Angeles in the purchase of a new library facility in Arcadia.
• Represented The Ratkovich Company in the leasing of 174,000 square feet to the County of Los Angeles in Alhambra.
• Represented Insperity in a 35,000 square foot lease in Brea.
• Represented Tenet HealthSystems in the sale of the former 13.4 acre St. Luke Medical Center in Pasadena.
• Represented Grosvenor in the sale of 2 North Lake Avenue, Pasadena, a 203,000 square foot class “A” high rise building.
• Represented Metropolitan Life Insurance in a 205,000 square foot lease to Southern California Edison in Irwindale.
• Sold the Thatcher Medical Center, a 70,000 square foot medical office building in Pasadena, to I.D.S.
• Subleased 50,000 square feet on behalf of Tenet HealthSystems in Alhambra.
